Privacy Policy

We protect personal information under applicable laws and industry security practices.

Effective: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what you should know when using products and services of Changsha GINHE Technology Co., Ltd. (“GINHE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to Jinghe Zhihu, Jinghe Yingxiang, Mirror Space, Entropy Dimension, our official website, forums, and related clients, mini-programs, and technical services (collectively, the “Products” or “Services”).

We take personal information protection seriously and are committed to maintaining your trust. We protect personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law, related rules and national standards (including GB/T 35273), and generally accepted industry security practices.

This Policy does not apply to products or services provided by third parties. If you use third-party products or services, please review their terms and privacy policies. Please read this Policy carefully before using our Products and Services. If you do not agree, please stop using them immediately.

1. How we collect and use personal information

We process personal information under the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, solely to provide features, perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, or with your consent. We do not process personal information unrelated to the stated purposes, or collect it by misleading, fraudulent, or coercive means.

1.1 Account registration

To use full features, we may ask you to register a GINHE account and provide a mobile number, email address, password, and nickname so the account can be uniquely identified.

After providing such information and agreeing to the applicable User Agreement and this Policy, you may use corresponding features. If product upgrades require new necessary personal information, we will notify you and obtain consent where required by law.

1.2 Security and operational integrity

To protect accounts, networks, operations, and systems, and to prevent phishing, fraud, and malware, we may collect device information (e.g., model, OS version), computer name and hardware specs, and product usage data, including device identifiers, serial numbers, MAC addresses, login IP addresses, and operation logs, primarily for security risk control and troubleshooting.

1.3 Other features and services

For the following features, we may need corresponding personal information. If you refuse, you may be unable to use those specific features, without affecting basic product functions.

  • Customer support — If you complain, inquire, or appeal, we may need your name, phone, email, or other contact details to respond. Website “Book a call” forms are used only for business communication and needs assessment.
  • Personalization (where applicable) — To reduce noise and surface relevant content, we may analyze device IDs, language preference, and usage habits. You may contact us to turn off personalized recommendations where legally permitted.
  • Reliability and fault diagnosis — To keep services running, protect accounts, diagnose faults, and improve services, we may collect de-identified hardware/device data, login IPs, logs, and feature usage frequency. Such data is generally not used to identify a specific individual.
  • Account security — For password changes, security checks, or appeals with abnormal activity, we may request identity verification. For sensitive personal information, we will obtain separate consent where required.
  • Add-ons and third-party capabilities — Products may integrate partner features (e.g., payments). Payment data is handled by providers such as Alipay, Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex under their rules. We process related information only as needed for the feature. Ads or outbound links may appear; review the partner’s policies before use. We do not unnecessarily access personal information you generate in third-party products.

1.4 Official website notes

When you visit our website, we may detect interface language (Chinese/English) from your network exit IP (including VPN exit IPs) and store a language preference locally (e.g., localStorage). This is for localization only and is not used to identify you.

Business inquiry forms are processed under the customer-support rules above.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

To keep the site working, remember preferences (such as language), and improve experience, we may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies.

We do not use cookies beyond the purposes in this Policy. You may manage or delete cookies in your browser; clearing storage may reset language or other preferences. See AboutCookies.org for more information.

3. Sharing, transfer, and public disclosure

We do not share or transfer your personal information except where:

1) we have your clear consent or authorization;

2) required by law, litigation, arbitration, or competent authorities;

3) in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, in which case the new holder must continue to honor this Policy or obtain fresh consent;

4) sharing with processors (cloud, security, analytics, communications) solely to fulfill stated purposes under contractual and legal safeguards;

5) necessary based on your choices or agreements with you.

4. Storage and protection

1. We use industry-standard safeguards against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss.

2. We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary for the Services or required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

3. The internet is not absolutely secure. Avoid sending sensitive data over unencrypted channels and use strong passwords.

4. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will notify you as required by law and report to regulators when required.

5. Cross-border transfers

Personal information collected and generated in our PRC operations is generally stored in mainland China. If overseas transfer is necessary, we will comply with applicable notice, separate consent (where required), security assessment, standard contract, or certification obligations.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable PRC laws and standards, you may exercise the following rights:

6.1 Access, copy, correct, supplement, delete

You may access, copy, correct, or supplement account information; delete search history or your own posts; and manage bound phone numbers, passwords, login records, and third-party bindings.

You may request deletion where processing is unlawful, without consent, contrary to agreement, after you stop using the Services or delete your account, or when we discontinue operations.

After we honor a deletion request, we will ask downstream recipients to delete where feasible, except as otherwise required by law or independent authorization.

6.2 Withdraw consent and delete account

You may withdraw consent or request correction/deletion via the contacts below. Withdrawal may disable related features but does not affect prior lawful processing.

You may delete your account. After deletion we stop providing Services and delete or anonymize personal information except where retention is legally required.

6.3 Responding to requests

For security, we may verify your identity. We generally respond within fifteen (15) days. Reasonable requests are free; repeated or excessive requests may incur a cost-based fee.

We may decline requests where lawfully required (e.g., national security, public interest, criminal process, abuse of rights, serious harm to others’ rights, or trade secrets).

7. Children’s privacy

Our Products and Services are primarily for enterprises and adults with full civil capacity. If you are under 14, please use the Services only with a guardian’s consent and guidance. We process children’s personal information only as permitted by law or with guardian consent. If we learn we collected a child’s information without verifiable guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall be submitted to the competent people’s court at the domicile of Changsha GINHE Technology Co., Ltd.

9. Updates to this Policy

If you disagree with updates, stop using the Products/Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
